Care Officer (Boarding Provision)

Grade 13/14 - 37 hours per week - term time only

The Boarding Provision can support up to 10 students who   positively engage in a 24 hour curriculum. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can act as a positive role model. The post will include organising, running and participating in a diverse range of activities, including sport.  Due to the nature of this role a full valid driving licence is required.

Hours of work are to be confirmed but usual working hours are between 14.30pm and 22.30pm 4 evenings a week plus up to 2 sleepovers per  week, which run from 10.30-9am (sleeping between 11pm and 7.30am) as well as 1 three hour shift on a Friday. Variation to usual working hours may be required for residential activity weeks or weekends therefore flexibility within the team is essential in order to support these activities.
